What’s been happening:

My adventure in life would begin by marrying Ensign John Lynn, United States Navy. Our new home would become Virginia Beach, VA, and little did I know that I would have many more moves and many jobs along the way. I joined a financial planning organization to assist US military families. My career as a defense contractor would begin with HFSI. As a Provisioning Specialist to support the navy fleet with computer parts aboard ships for 2 years before returning to Va. Beach. I was expecting our first daughter Marissa. I joined another defense contractor providing logistics support to the US Maritime Administration merchant marine fleet. Surprise! Along came Rachel. In 1993 our family moved across country to Monterey California and I spent 18 months there. Another move took us to Ohio. Employed by another defense contractor, I supported the Joint Logistics Support Center who jointly developed logistics automated information systems. After 3 1/2 years my husband and I decided an overseas tour would be educational for our daughters. We lived in Yokosuka, Japan for two years. I experienced Japanese culture by teaching English to Japanese children, volunteering in the DoD school as well as enjoying shopping excursions in Korea and Thailand for a boutique on base. My husband and I now live on a 22 acre farm. I enjoy my horses and foster Saint Bernards and have work for GDIT for 9 years supporting Foreign Military Sales.
